7. Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged / Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged, email support@theglowshopstore.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Unopened Items: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, a refund (excluding original shipping) will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Opened or Used Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used beauty products.
