GlowNest – Refund & Return Policy

At GlowNest, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 3% restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

Please note:

  • Opened skincare or supplement items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Final sale products and specific collections marked non-returnable are excluded from returns.

To start a return, please email our support team at support@theglowshopstore.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • An item arrives damaged, defective, or

  • You receive the wrong product.

Email support@theglowshopstore.com with clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care or beauty items that have been opened

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Additionally, any collections marked Final Sale on the product page or at checkout are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact our support team before initiating a return.


4. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item once approved and place a new order for the desired product.


5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
As with our standard policy, items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.


6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 3% restocking fee.

  • Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
